What Shipping Method do I get ?
Smaller packages will typically ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, and larger packages will typically ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

Note: If you want to take control of your delivery and lock in a particular carrier, you will be presented with alternatives to our Standard Shipping while you are checking out.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Our main warehouse is in Knoxville TN, and this is where we stock all the different items we sell. We also have a warehouse in Salt Lake City UT, and we ship the most popular items from there. Most orders arrive to our customers within 1-4 business days, and we ship over 90% of orders placed prior to 5pm that same business day. If you need guaranteed delivery within say 1 or 2 days, you can opt for our discounted FedEx Overnight or 2Day rates.
