Labelcity : Shipping on your account
For some of our regular customers, Labelcity allows the use of a customers own shipping account (UPS, FedEx, USPS only). In order to use your own carrier/account, we predominantly accept orders via email, but you can order online choosing one of the available shipping options, and then contact us via email to request a change to your own carrier account - you need to be fast though, because we sometimes process orders for shipping within minutes of them being received.
It is important to note that when you opt to use your own account, Labelcity is absolved from any costs relating to delays, damages or lost packages once the package(s) have left our warehouse and have been scanned into the carriers system. For all claims you will need to follow up with the carrier, referencing your account number. Also, Labelcity reserves the right to accept or deny the use of customers own shipping account.
