Covid-19 / Coronavirus Update
Labelcity is still open for business, but we are operating a little differently. Orders will ship as normal, but our telephone hours have changed temporarily.
We are adhering to recommendations from relevant State government bodies, and in an effort to give staff more hours at home, we are organizing our Customer Service Team into shifts. The result is that we will be altering our Customer Service telephone hours to 10am thru 6pm (Eastern) for now. This enables us to cater to our East and West Coast customers equally and will have absolutely no effect on shipping of orders.
At this stage, orders will continue to ship from both of our warehouses in TN and UT, and we will update this page with any changes to this. FedEx, UPS and USPS have all indicated that they are operating according to normal schedules.
Our warehouses are operating under robust personal hygiene and clean workplace practices as advised by the US Center for Disease Control (CDC), the National Institute of Health, and the US Food and Drug Administration. Our warehouses continue to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and have implemented additional measures that include:
- Installation of additional hand sanitizing stations throughout facilities;
- Higher frequency cleaning of work stations and public areas;
- Mandatory remote work for staff that are not essential for production; and
- Reiteration of existing safety and health policies.
During this unprecedented time, we appreciate you sticking with us, and we promise to continue providing you with the premium service you deserve. We will update this page as soon as there is any change or disruption to our services.
