LABELCITY.COM - When will my order ship ?

Labelcity stocks literally millions of labels and 100's of printers, and we have stock arriving into our warehouses almost on a daily basis. Over 90% of orders placed before 4pm (Eastern) ship the same day they are placed (Mon-Fri). With 2 warehouses we are able to fill most orders right away, and we have the ability to choose the nearest in-stock warehouse to get your order to you as quick as possible.

Our main warehouse is located in Allentown, PA, which enables us to service most Eastern states in 1-3 days via Ground shipping. We stock our entire range in this warehouse and from here we ship to all of the USA, as well as Canada, Mexico and many European nations.

As of July 2009, we now have a warehouse in Las Vegas that will service much of the West Coast in 1-3 days via Ground, as well as acting as an alternate warehouse for items that are not in stock in our main warehouse. We have started to build up inventories in this warehouse and expect to be stocking around 80% of our entire range here by the end of August.

IMPORTANT NOTE: currently our cut-off for US Post orders is 2pm (Eastern). That is, all US Post orders placed after 2pm will ship the following day.
