Using a Dymo LabelWriter with ACT!
For current users of ACT! and for those who are contemplating the purchase of ACT!, there's a fantastic little plug-in which Dymo developed that enables you to print labels in a hurry.
The Dymo plug-in for ACT! adds an icon to your ACT! menu bar and allows you to print an Address Label, Name Badge, Rolodex Label or just a name and fax number... for a single contact, a
range of contacts or the entire database in a few clicks - without ever needing to re-type any data.
How does it work ?
- Select the contact(s) you wish to print (if you are printing all contacts, you can make this selection later)
- Press the Dymo LabelWriter icon (this icon will be loaded into your menu bar when you install the Dymo LabelWriter ACT! add-in).
- When the Add-In dialog box appears, choose your options and press the PRINT button.
And that's it !! Your labels will print without you needing to retype any data !!
