When will my order ship ?

Labelcity stocks literally millions of labels and the full range of printers, and we have stock arriving into our warehouse almost on a daily basis. Over 90% of orders placed before 5pm (Eastern) ship the same day they are placed (Mon-Fri).

Our main warehouse is located in Knoxville, TN, which enables us to service most Eastern states in 1-3 days via Ground shipping. We stock our entire range in this warehouse and from here we ship to all of the USA, as well as Canada.

Our West Coast warehouse is located in Salt Lake City, UT. In this warehouse we stock our fast moving SKU's, and delivery times to the West Coast via Ground are most 1-2 days.

If you need an item in a hurry, call us on 1-888-999-6333 and we'll tell you the closest available warehouse and be able to provide an ETA.

IMPORTANT NOTE: currently our cut-off for US Post orders is 2:00pm (Eastern). That is, all US Post orders placed after 2:00pm will ship the following day.
