Labelcity uses a 256-bit SSL certificate to secure such data and we use the worlds leading payment gateway system (PayFlow Pro) to authorize your credit card payment - this is the same level of security you would receive if buying from the biggest merchants on the planet.

How does it work ? when you place an order with Labelcity using a credit/debit card as your payment method, our SSL-encrypted server contacts the PayFlow Pro gateway and via a dedicated SSL communication thread your card details are authorized against your bank and usually within 3-4 seconds we get an answer back from Verisign to show that your payment has been authorized. It sounds complex, and it is ! .... but it all happens using the best technology available today.

Important announcement: We take security seriously, very seriously, and to prove it, if you're using an old web browser, you might not be able to even load our website after April 28th 2018. Why ? Some older web browsers support a communication protocol called TLS v1.0, and there are suggestions that there are security vulnerabilities with this protocol so all the major web browser vendors have stopped supporting it. The Payment Card Industry (PCI) which ensures that websites accepting Credit Cards are ultra secure, has stated that compliant websites must not accept connections via the TLS v1.0 protocol after June 30th 2018. Labelcity is a PCI compliant company, and we're turning it off early. The fix is very simple for you - all you need to do is update your web browser to the latest version. All current versions of Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera and Android have stopped using TLS v1.0 so if you update to the latest version, you won't have issues connecting to any compliant website - not just ours.
