Labelcity is a specialist supplier of Dymo, CoStar and Seiko Labeling products, with more than 80,000 customers in USA/Canada. Unlike many of our competitors, we have over 18 years of intimate experience with 'personal label printers' or as some may say 'desktop label printers'. We deal in Label Printers and Supplies.... nothing more, nothing less.
Labelcity now ships from 2 warehouses in the USA, one on the East Coast and one on the West Coast. This enables us to ship to most locations within 2 days via UPS/FedEx Ground (note: our East Coast facility is our main warehouse and if our West Coast warehouse does not have enough inventory to fully ship your order, we will ship your order complete from our East Coast warehouse to ensure that your order reaches you as quick as possible)
Our origins date way back to the introduction of CoStar Label Printers more than a decade ago. Since then we have grown to become the largest 'dedicated' source of supplies for Dymo, CoStar and Seiko Label Printers.
The "Labelcity Difference" really lies in the fact that we focus so heavily on these items. Most other retailers offer them as just another product amongst the 10,000+ other items they sell. Our narrow product range allows us to "stay in tune" with users of Dymo, CoStar and Seiko label printers, meaning that we can offer the right items, at the right price and in the right time frame.
Our US operation serves the entire USA/Canadian market and many international countries in Europe and Asia. Our Customer Service staff are available 8am-8pm (Mon-Fri, Eastern). Outside these hours we are constantly monitoring email and facsimile correspondence. We have staff located in Europe and as far away as Australia. This gives us a timezone advantage of being able to respond to customer enquiries virtually 24hrs a day.
Over 90% of orders we receive are shipped that same business day. We use arguably the best freight companies on the planet (UPS, FedEx, US Post) to deliver orders to our customers, fast and efficiently.
Our whole company philosophy is based on CUSTOMER SERVICE and we are constantly asking customers for feedback in an effort to improve the service we provide.
And probably one of the most important reasons for our success is that we actually own the inventory that we are selling on this website. Many of our competitors don't actually carry stock. They might publish the fact that they have inventory 'available', but that is typically an inventory level of a major distributor. These companies will take your order and then either (i) order the items in before shipping to you, or (ii) have your order drop-shipped from a distributor.
We actually have stock sitting in our warehouse which gives us total control over inventory. So if we say we have 100pcs of an item in stock, we definitely do have it. And if we say your order is definitely going to ship 'today', that means we have committed stock from our own inventory.... and it will ship today - no excuses !
